To request an exchange, please use our Returns Portal to start a return.

By making a purchase, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to review and understand our Returns Policy. NOEMEL is not liable for any issues resulting from a customer’s failure to do so before completing their order.

At NOEMEL, we want you to love your purchase. However, we understand that returns or exchanges may sometimes be necessary. This policy outlines your options for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Can I return an item? 

At NOEMEL, we accept returns and exchanges on all full-priced items within 7 days of delivery, as confirmed by your tracking information, for Australian orders only.

After submitting a return request through our Returns Portal , we kindly ask that your parcel is sent back within 5 business days. Returns received outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund.

For international orders, we’re unable to offer exchanges at this time. However, full-priced items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund.

How do I initiate an Exchange?

To request an exchange, please email us at info@noemel.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Kindly include your order number and the reason for your request, and our team will respond shortly. You will then be guided through selecting the items you wish to exchange and your preferred replacement size. If your desired size is unavailable or the item is no longer in production, you may opt for a full refund, where eligible.

Once your exchange request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Your parcel must be sent within 5 business days of receiving the label. Items returned outside of this timeframe may no longer be eligible for exchange.

Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition, unworn, with swing tags attached. We kindly ask that you repack your items as they were received, including all original packaging. A $12 fee will apply for return shipping on Australian exchanges and a 20$ fee applies for New Zealand exchanges.

Please note that exchanges are available for Australian orders only. International orders are not eligible for exchange, but may be returned for a refund or store credit, provided the return is requested within 7 days of delivery.

Refund details

To request a refund, please use our Returns Portal within 7 days of receiving your order. Simply enter your order details and follow the prompts to select the item(s) you'd like to return.

Returned parcels must be shipped within 5 business days of lodging your return request. Parcels sent outside this timeframe will no longer be eligible for a refund.

Once your return has arrived and has been inspected and approved, we will provide you with your refund.

Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition, unworn, with swing tags attached. We kindly ask that you repack your items as they were received, including all original packaging. A $12 fee will apply for return shipping on Australian exchanges and a 20$ fee applies for New Zealand exchanges.

It may take up to 10 business days to receive your refund depending on your payment processor.

Will you refund my shipping charges? 

All return shipping costs, including any international duties and taxes, are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed faulty.

Please ensure your return meets all outlined conditions, as items that do not comply may not be accepted and will be sent back to you at your expense.

I recieved a wrong order / Faulty Product

If you receive an item you did not order, or if your order is incorrect, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please email info@noemel.com with the order number and images.

We will ask that you return the incorrect item and let us know whether you would prefer a replacement or a refund.

If NOEMEL has sent you an incorrect item, we will provide a one-time prepaid return shipping label.

Returns that are not in their original condition will be sent back to the customer

We reserve the right to update or modify this Returns and Refund Policy at any time.  Customers will be notified of any significant changes, and the revised policy will be effective from the date specified.
