7. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are in Australian Dollars(AUD) and include GST where applicable.We may change prices at any timewithout notice.We accept payment methods shown atcheckout.You confirm you are authorised to useyour chosen payment method.We may cancel orders suspected offraud or unauthorised activity.

8. ORDERS

All orders are subject to acceptanceand availability.We may refuse or cancel orders at anytime.You will receive confirmation onceyour order is placed successfully.

9. SHIPPING

Shipping times are estimates only.We are not responsible for delayscaused by couriers, customs, or external factors.

10. RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Noemel, we accept returns andexchanges on all full-priced items within 7 days of delivery for Australianorders only, based on tracking confirmation.

To request a refund, please use our within 7 days of receiving your order. Enter your order details and follow the prompts to select the item(s) you wish to return.

Returned parcels must be shippedwithin 5 business days of lodging your return request. Returns sent outside this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund.

Once your return has been received,inspected, and approved, your refund will be processed to your original paymentmethod.

Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take up to 10 businessdays to appear in your account.

All items must be:

  • unworn and unused
  • in original condition
  • with all swing tags attached
  • returned in original packaging

Items that do not meet these requirements may be rejected and returned to you at your expense.

A $12 AUD return shipping fee appliesto Australian exchanges.

For international orders, we do notoffer exchanges at this time. Full-priced items may be returned within 7 daysof delivery for a refund.

All return shipping costs, duties, and taxes are theresponsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy.

11. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

By using this Site, you agree toreceive communications from us electronically.Electronic agreements and notices are legally binding.
