By placing an order with Noemel, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to review and understand this Returns & Refund Policy prior to completing your purchase.

At Noemel, we want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

Full-priced items are eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 7 days of receiving your order, as confirmed by your tracking information.

Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only within 7 days of receiving your order. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

All items must be returned in their original condition. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, free from marks, stains, makeup, tan, perfume, deodorant, or damage, with all original swing tags attached and original packaging included.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will be declined and sent back to the customer at their expense.

How to Request a Return

All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Domestic returns must be lodged via our Returns Portal and are subject to a $12 AUD return label fee.

Once approved, your parcel must be dropped at your nearest Australia Post location within 7 days of lodging your return request.

Failure to send your return within this timeframe may result in your return being declined.

International customers must contact ito info@noemel.com initiate a return.

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes unless the item is confirmed faulty.

Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed faulty.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

If your requested size is unavailable or no longer in production, you may choose store credit.

Exchanges are processed once your return has been received and approved.

Store Credit

Store credit is available within 7 days of delivery.

Store credit is issued once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash and is valid for online purchases only.

Afterpay Orders

Orders paid using Afterpay are eligible for store credit only. Refunds are not available for Afterpay transactions.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately via our Returns Portal.

We will provide a one-time prepaid return label and arrange either a replacement or refund once the item is received and inspected.

Faulty Items

If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once the item is returned and assessed, we will provide a replacement or refund if the fault is confirmed. If the item is deemed faulty due to manufacturing or shipping issues, this will be resolved at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping Fees

All domestic returns are subject to a $12 AUD return label fee.

All international return shipping costs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed faulty.

Policy Updates

Noemel reserves the right to update or modify this Returns & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will take effect from the date published on our website.
